The Retailer Challenge:

‘Too much data’
’Maintaining team focus on change’

Our vision and journey

We asked retailers what they needed!

• System that will allow me to clearly identify a small number of measures where focus delivers improvement

• Maintain the focus of my regional and store managers on these operational improvement areas

• Ability to monitor and measure the impact of these activities on KPI’s

Warning: you won’t find AI complexity, never ending calculations or forever changing analysis in the Retail Decision Tree system!

RDT is an idea that germinated some years ago when
we saw the dilemma retailers faced when confronted
with a plethora of new information systems.

• We have created a library of Retail Decision Trees

• Currently we have 12 Decision Trees (4 more in development)

• Decision Trees require weekly performance data

• Works at national store group and store levels
